on our route without missing a stop! It's easy!

< The first night we got into Chicago we went out and tried to find some things to do... well, it was late on a Tuesday and most everything was closed, but there were lights and people on Navy Pier, so we headed over to look for some dinner. What we found was a movie set! Drew Barrymore (can you see her?) and some guy were filming a movie called "Never Been Kissed." If you see it, and they're on a ferris wheel, it's on Navy Pier in Chicago! Hi Drew!

Of course, you can't miss the tallest building in the world: Sears Tower. (Yes, there's another slightly taller one in Kuala Lumpur, but most of its height is from a tower, not offices.) This is the view from the Chicago river -- you can see that Sears Tower was designed as nine separate structures "bundled" together, which gives it it's famous staggered appearance. >

< There was a lively Oktoberfest celebration downtown, so we got some brats for lunch -- and, of course, some Raspberry Snapple. Eric says "Yum!"
The untitled, controversial Picasso sculpture in the middle of downtown. We liked it. >
< After walking around downtown all day, we headed over to Comiskey Park to see the White Sox. Not too many people showed up (only about 13,000), but it was exciting game and for the first time on our trip, the home team won. See the top of the scoreboard? Whenever there's a home run or they win the game, fireworks go off. We saw a lot of fireworks. :)
